Pokemon Royal is non-profit fan made game, made using RPG Maker XP and Pokemon Essentials.

The file containing your save file is called Game.rxdata. No, you can’t. The game has a modified experience system so that lower level Pokémon will level up faster. Also, when you get to the daycare there will be an NPC who will offer you a quick Pokémon leveling system.
